K.T Home Healthcare & Bedside Nursing Department is inviting qualified and licensed nurses from all corners of Uganda to register and join our hospital-coordinated home healthcare team.

Once approved and activated by K.T Memorial Hospital, nurses may be considered for home healthcare and bedside nursing assignments based on:

✅ Patient location

✅ Nurse’s location and availability

✅ Professional qualification and experience

✅ Nature of the patient’s needs

✅ Area of competence

✅ Safety and other service requirements

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE:

 1. General bedside nursing

2.Wound care & dressing

 3.Post-operative care

 4. Postnatal & newborn care

 4. Elderly care

 5. Chronic patient support

6. Palliative & supportive care

 HOW TO REGISTER

Through the K.T Hospital App:

1️⃣ Download the K.T Hospital App from Google Play Store.

2️⃣ Open the App and select Registration.

3️⃣ Select Home Healthcare / Nurse where displayed.

4️⃣ Fill in your information accurately.

5️⃣ Submit your registration for verification.

Visit www.ktmemorialhospital.org → select Registration → Next → Home Healthcare Nurse → complete and submit your information.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED:

• Full names

• National Identification Number (NIN)

• Professional registration/licence number

• Current practising licence

• Telephone & WhatsApp number

• Email address

• Qualifications and experience

• Residential/location information

• Other required professional documents

 VERIFICATION & APPROVAL

K.T Memorial Hospital will verify the information and documents submitted. Approved nurses will receive official communication and may then be activated for suitable assignments.

 REGISTRATION IS FREE.
