K.T Memorial Hospital Partners with Tiko to Provide Free Family Planning and HIV Services to Youth
K.T Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce a transformative partnership with Tiko, an innovative health platform committed to improving access to sexual and reproductive health services across Africa. Through a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), this partnership is set to offer free family planning, HIV testing, and counseling services to youth aged 15 to 24 years.
This initiative is designed not only to address critical health needs, but also to empower young people with the information, support, and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health and future.
What the Partnership Offers:
Free and Confidential Services
Youth between 15 and 24 years can access free family planning, HIV testing, and counseling at K.T Memorial Hospital in a safe and supportive environment.
Earn Tiko Miles
Every time a youth accesses services under this program, they earn Tiko Miles—a point-based reward system. These points are added to their individual account and can be redeemed for goods at selected Tiko Shops, making healthcare not just accessible but rewarding.
Sustainable, Long-Term Impact
This is not a short-term campaign. The partnership is built for long-term engagement and will continue to serve the youth in our community with consistency and care.
“This collaboration with Tiko speaks to our deep commitment to the well-being of young people,” said Medical Director at K.T Memorial Hospital. “By combining medical support with meaningful incentives, we are opening a new chapter in youth-centered healthcare.”
Through this partnership, K.T Memorial Hospital continues to uphold its mission of delivering dignified, community-rooted care. With Tiko's digital tools and innovative approach, we’re reaching youth where they are—both physically and digitally—and offering services that truly matter.
We encourage all eligible youth to visit the hospital, access these services, and begin earning Tiko Miles as they take charge of their health and future.
